Състоянието му е критично, като медиците се борят за живота му.Свидетели на случилото се са подали сигнал на телефон 112 малко след инцидента, станал на моста край пазара в града. На място незабавно са пристигнали екипи на Спешна помощ и полицията. Установено е, че тежко пострадалият мъж е служител на реда.По първоначални данни, трима души са нападнали и зверски пребили криминалиста, след което са избягали в посока ромската махала. В момента районът е блокиран от полицейски екипи, а засилено присъствие на органите на реда има и пред спешното отделение на болницата.От лечебното заведение съобщиха, че се водят спешни разговори за осигуряване на хеликоптер, с който И. да бъде транспортиран в столична болница. Лекарите са установили тежка черепно-мозъчна травма и вътречерепен хематом.Мотивите за бруталното нападение все още не са ясни. Инцидентът предизвика силно напрежение в града, особено на фона на засиленото полицейско присъствие заради провеждащите се абитуриентски балове.Случилото се е поредното тревожно доказателство за нарастващата престъпност в региона. Очакват се още подробности по случая.
