Според очевидци, през последните дни се наблюдава тенденция за нерегламентирано къпане, както и изхвърляне на отпадъци в зелените площи – включително остатъци от храна, пластмасови бутилки и кенове от алкохолни напитки. Жителите на града изразяват своето недоволство, че паркът се превръща в място с нарушена хигиена и атмосфера, неподходяща за разходки и отдих.
„Всяко лято се повтаря една и съща ситуация. Хората идват, къпят се, оставят след себе си боклуци. Никой не носи отговорност“, коментира местен жител, пожелал анонимност.
Според представители на Общината, забраната за къпане в езерото е наложена по хигиенни и безопасни съображения. От полицията потвърждават, че контролните проверки в района са редовни, но признават, че справянето с проблема изисква допълнителни мерки и междуинституционално сътрудничество.
Гражданите призовават местната власт и органите на реда да намерят ефективно решение, с което да се гарантира спазването на правилата и да се съхрани парк „Бачиново“ като място за отдих, достъпно и чисто за всички.
