Изненадващо, мъжът приклещил 13-годишната на седалката и започнал да опипва бедрото и, приближавайки се към нейните интимни части, дишайки тежко.
Момичето се обадило на майка си, .която информирала полицията и по случая е задържан 73-годишният Крум Ат. от квартал „Струмско“. Старецът не е криминалнопроявен, не е осъждан. Образувано досъдебно производство, прокуратурата изяснява инцидента .
