Последният случай, споделен в социалните мрежи, разкрива как мъж, продаващ iPhone 16 Pro Max, губи телефона си, след като пратката му е подменена по време на доставка.

Потърпевшият разказва, че публикувал обявата си едновременно във Facebook и OLX. След серия от нереални предложения, получил съобщение от човек, който заявил, че иска да купи телефона без пазарлък и поискал той да бъде изпратен „до адрес“ в Пловдив, а не до офис.
„Това веднага ми се стори съмнително, затова направих застраховка и забраних тест, разреших само преглед. Преди да пратя телефона, се опитах да се свържа с купувача, но не вдигна. Писа ми, че не отговаря на непознати номера и да не се притеснявам“, разказва мъжът.
На следващия ден получил съобщение от куриерската фирма, че получателят не е бил открит на адреса и доставката ще бъде повторена. „Обясни, че бил излязъл до магазина, а куриерът не искал да го изчака. На следващия ден историята се повтори“, споделя още измаменият.
След втората неуспешна доставка, продавачът поискал пратката да бъде върната. Когато отишъл да я получи в офис на куриерската компания, останал шокиран — телефонът му бил подменен с евтино китайско менте, въпреки че кутията и аксесоарите били негови.
„Отворих пратката пред служител на Еконт и той сам забеляза, че пликът не е оригиналният, с който съм изпратил телефона. Очевидно е подменян. Пуснах рекламация и жалба в полицията. Според мен няма как това да се случи без участието на куриер“, обяснява пострадалият.
Клиентът е направил застраховка на пратката и е обявил реалната ѝ стойност, като сега чака резултат от проверката. Междувременно, профилът на измамника в OLX вече е изтрит заради измами, но потърпевшият е запазил скрийншотове от комуникацията.
От полицията са заявили, че ще бъде изискан IP адресът на измамника от платформата, а при свързване на телефона към мобилна мрежа, устройството може да бъде засечено.
„Най-вероятно телефонът вече е продаден на някой, който си мисли, че е направил „голяма далавера“, без да знае, че е краден“, коментира още мъжът.
Според експерти, схемата се основава на това пратката да се изпраща до домашен адрес, а не до офис — така няма видеонаблюдение, а проследяването е по-трудно. Възможно е част от измамите да се извършват с вътрешно съдействие на куриери, които имат достъп до пратките.

- Изпращайте скъпи вещи само до офис на куриер, където има камери и контрол;
- Използвайте опция за преглед и видеоразпис, а не само застраховка;
- Пазете всички скрийншотове, номера на пратки и кореспонденция;
- При съмнение — веднага сигнализирайте полицията и куриерската фирма.
