При удара Христина почина на място, а нейният син Марти остана в тежко състояние и е в кома. Окръжната прокуратура в Бургас обмисля промяна на обвинението срещу Бургазлиев в по-тежко заради тежките последици.
Юлиян Здравков, близък на Христина, сподели пред NOVA, че семейството все още не е получило тялото ѝ, тъй като се изчаква произнасяне на съдебна медицина. Очакванията са това да се случи в началото на новата седмица.
„Марти още не се е събудил. Има някакво подобряване, стимулират го да започне да преглъща. Лекарите казаха, че събуждането може да отнеме седмица, но може и два месеца“, обясни Здравков.
Той изрази и съмнения, че около случая се прикриват факти и обстоятелства. „Нещата се движат много бавно. Можем да направим сравнение с други нещастни случаи – виждаме разликата, например случая в Русе“, каза той.
По думите му, семейството разполага с информация, че на мястото на инцидента е имало свидетели, които до момента не са били разпитани.
