При съвместни действия на полицейски служители и инспектори от Областен отдел „Автомобилна администрация“ – Благоевград е установен случай на незаконен таксиметров превоз на пътници.

Около 13:00 часа на 8 октомври 2025 г. служители на РУ – Гоце Делчев и представители на „Автомобилна администрация“ са спрели за проверка лек автомобил „Дачия Сандеро“, управляван от 36-годишен мъж.
В хода на проверката е установено, че водачът превозва пътник срещу заплащане, без да притежава удостоверение за регистрация на таксиметров превоз, каквото се изисква по закон.
От служителите на „Автомобилна администрация“ е съставен акт за установено административно нарушение.
За случая е уведомена компетентната прокуратура, а работата по изясняване на обстоятелствата продължава.
Контролните органи напомнят, че извършването на нерегламентиран обществен превоз на пътници е сериозно нарушение на Закона за автомобилните превози и подлежи на санкции, включително глоба и временно отнемане на свидетелството за управление.
