Криминалисти от ОДМВР-Благоевград са задържали 28-годишен мъж от град Симитли за притежание на наркотици. Проверката е извършена на 15 май 2025 г., като в хода на действията служителите на реда са открили общо около 6 грама канабис.

При обиск в жилището, обитавано от задържания, са намерени около 2,85 грама суха тревиста маса, която при направения полеви тест е реагирала положително на канабис. Допълнително, в товарен автомобил „Фиат Добло“, използван от мъжа, са открити още около 3,23 грама от същото вещество.
По случая е уведомена Районната прокуратура – Благоевград, а срещу лицето е образувано досъдебно производство. Разследването продължава.
От ОДМВР-Благоевград напомнят, че държането на наркотични вещества е престъпление по Наказателния кодекс и подлежи на наказателна отговорнос
