Според първоначалната информация, мъжът е потрошил мебелите в апартамента, включително телевизор и техника, след което се е нахвърлил върху жената. Тя била блъскана, скубана и ритана дори след като паднала на пода.
На място пристигнали полицейски служители от РУ-Благоевград, които успели да овладеят агресивния мъж и да го арестуват. Жената е откарана за преглед, като по информация на лекарите е без опасност за живота, но е в състояние на тежък емоционален стрес.
По случая е образувано досъдебно производство. Разследването продължава под ръководството на Районната прокуратура – Благоевград. Очаква се на извършителя да бъде повдигнато обвинение за домашно насилие, хулиганство и унищожаване на чужда собственост.
От полицията съобщиха, че ще се изготви оценка на риска, а на пострадалата ще бъде предложена закрила съгласно Закона за защита от домашното насилие.
