Инцидентът е станал около 10:00 часа на 25 октомври 2025 г. на главен път Е-79 в района на КПП „Бело поле“. При извършена полицейска проверка на лек автомобил „БМВ“, служители на 01 РУ – Благоевград са установили с техническо средство наличие на наркотично вещество в организма на водача.
Мъжът е задържан със заповед за 24 часа, а по случая е образувано досъдебно производство.
