Разпространените кадри предизвикаха остра обществена реакция и доведоха до самосезиране на СДВР, потвърди пред журналисти директорът на дирекцията, гл. комисар Любомир Николов. По неговите думи, инцидентът е от нощта на 3 срещу 4 юли, около 3:30 ч. сутринта.
„Нямаме подаден сигнал от граждани или пострадали, но след появата на кадрите реагирахме незабавно. Извършителите са установени по записи от камери“, заяви Николов.
Проверка е установила, че 18-годишният младеж е бил задържан и друг път за кражби, а 16-годишният е със сигнал за побой над чужди граждани. Работата по случая продължава – органите на реда изясняват обстоятелствата около хулиганските действия и издирват евентуални жертви на насилието.
Родителите на непълнолетните са били уведомени и вече са дали обяснения в СДВР. Предстоят разговори с психолози и инспектори от Детска педагогическа стая.
По случая е образувано досъдебно производство. МВР отново напомня, че всяко насилие – независимо дали е реално или заснето за “забавление” – ще бъде преследвано с пълната строгост на закона.
